Job Summary

We are seeking a Market Researcher to join SRP’s Community, Communications, and Marketing department. This role involves leading market research projects, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

- Lead market research projects using both quantitative and qualitative methods. - Design and execute research projects, including sample design, questionnaire development, and analysis. - Synthesize findings into written reports and presentations. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements

- 2+ years of market research experience. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Ability to apply appropriate qualitative and quantitative methodologies. - Experience with survey methods and software (Qualtrics, Microsoft Office). - Eligibility for advancement based on job performance and time in position.
