About the role
As a Field Interviewer for Universal Studios Hollywood, you will be responsible for collecting valuable guest feedback through surveys, ensuring unbiased and high-quality data collection.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys with the highest level of quality, without falsification of data and bias.
- Research and perform surveys using proper interviewing techniques and adherence to strict methodologies and guidelines.
- Meet assigned survey collection quotas.
- Record respondent answers accurately, including typing verbal responses to survey questions.
- Provide exceptional guest service, answering questions, offering information, and assisting guests courteously.
- Adhere to safety practices and uphold department standards and policies.
- Manage conflicts and disturbances professionally and effectively.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests of all ages.
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity to foster a safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience.
Job Demands
- Walk or stand for extended periods.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs frequently, with assistance as needed.
- Work in environments with moderate to high noise levels.
- Subject to various weather conditions, including heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
- Work at least 4 days per week during peak seasons, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule
Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout peak seasons, including a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
$20 per hour.

[JOHN]: I most commonly use it when I'm setting up and managing network printers.
