Key Responsibilities
- Support qualitative and quantitative primary market research projects through participant recruitment, fieldwork coordination, and project management.
- Build recruitment lists and maintain Vital Strategy Group's proprietary expert panel, including healthcare professionals, payers, patients, caregivers, and other stakeholder groups.
- Aid in developing research materials, including discussion guides, screeners, surveys, and other study documents.
- Conduct secondary research, competitive intelligence, and market landscape analyses while synthesizing findings into client-ready presentations and reports.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Market Research and consulting teams while helping build and scale Vital Strategy Group's market research function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, public health, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in primary market research, healthcare market research, recruiting, fieldwork operations, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Comfortable conducting participant outreach and recruitment through phone, email, and other communication channels; experience recruiting healthcare professionals or other specialized respondent populations is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with an enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a growing organization.
