Market Product Pricing Lead - Hybrid

About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Market Product Pricing Lead to support a technology organization focused on cybersecurity, AI, defense technology, and emerging software solutions. This position is hybrid in McLean, VA, with a requirement to work onsite 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for technology products
• Build pricing, financial, and profitability models to support business decisions
• Create product tiers, bundles, add-ons, and licensing structures
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams on offer development
• Evaluate and recommend pricing models, including recurring and usage-based approaches
• Translate technical solutions into market-ready offerings
• Support product launches and sales enablement initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product pricing, monetization, product management, strategy, or financial analysis
• Experience pricing software, hardware, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, or defense technology products
• Experience creating product pricing structures, tiers, bundles, and licensing models
• Strong hands-on experience building financial and scenario models in Excel or similar tools
• Ability to balance customer value, cost, margin objectives, and operational considerations
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation

Salary Range: $86,800 - $198,000 based on professional experience
