Market Operations Manager

About the role

Carvana's Market Operation department is looking for a team leader to manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer experience, employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring/training programs. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and inventory quality
• Schedule and coordinate various tasks
• Handle customer and employee experience
• Mentor and train team members
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed
• Work autonomously with good decision-making skills
• Assist in developing creative solutions to problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least five years of relevant team leadership experience
• Experience with logistics management
• Ability to handle ambiguity gracefully
• Appreciation for diverse perspectives
• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Driving ability with good visual and manual dexterity
• Outdoor working conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
