About the role
Carvana's Market Operation department is looking for a team leader to manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer and employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring/training programs. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and the ability to handle ambiguity gracefully.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and inventory quality
- Schedule and coordinate various operations
- Handle customer and employee experience
- Develop and implement training programs
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed
- Work autonomously with good decision-making skills
- Assist in promoting Carvana's life-changing product
- Contribute to rapid career development within the company
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least five years of relevant team leadership experience
- Experience with logistics management
- The ability to operate in ambiguous situations
- An appreciation for diverse perspectives
- The skills to analyze processes and develop creative solutions
- The willingness to adapt to changes
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Driving ability with excellent visual and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
