About the role

Carvana's Market Operation department is looking for a team leader to manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer and employee experience, and mentoring and training programs. Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics and inventory quality
  • Schedule and handle registration paperwork

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles
  • Experience with logistics management
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous situations
  • Appreciation for diverse perspectives
  • Skills to examine and improve processes
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and multitask

Qualifications

  • English language proficiency
  • Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
  • Strength to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Driving ability with good visual and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Capacity to remain stationary for up to 3 hours at a time
  • Communication skills to interact with customers
