About the role
Carvana's Market Operation department is looking for a team leader to manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer and employee experience, community outreach, and mentoring/training programs. Responsibilities
- Manage logistics and inventory quality
- Schedule and coordinate various tasks
- Handle customer and employee experience

- Mentor and train team members
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed

- Be adaptable to changes in processes
- Roll up your sleeves and take on new assignments
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles
- Experience with logistics management
- The ability to handle ambiguity gracefully
- An appreciation for diverse perspectives
- The skills to analyze processes and develop creative solutions
- An understanding that things will change
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
- Strength to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
- Must be able to grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in stationary positions for extended periods of time (when driving)
- Must be able to communicate accurately with customers
