Responsibilities
- Lead market-level planning and execution of net sales and brand standards
- Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Manage relationships with key accounts and implement local programs
- Collaborate with distributor leadership and internal teams on local plans
- Cook with Customer Success and Field Marketing teams for execution support
- Monitor retail pricing and recommend market programming strategies
- Ensure compliance with data tracking tools and manage POS logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods
- Strong track record of distributor management
- Demonstrated analytical skills with data tools
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
Pay
- $101,200 – $126,500 annually
