About the role
The Market Manager will develop and maintain profitable lending relationships with dealer partners through regular in-person visits and direct communication (phone, email, text). This role focuses on growing business by demonstrating value to Dealer Management, requiring thorough knowledge of program capabilities, quick industry learning, and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing client dealer relationships.
- Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to grow additional dealers.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of ACA’s Point of Sale (POS) program.
- Explain the loan documentation process for dealers.
- Maintain a professional image via telephone and in-person interactions.
- Identify negative trends or potential issues in the loan application process and escalate when necessary.
- Stay informed about competitive intelligence, including competitor program strengths/weaknesses, and solicit dealer feedback.
- Adapt quickly to changes based on business or territory needs.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1+ years of sales and finance experience.
Work Environment
- Primarily remote with an in-home office setup.
- Routine use of office and personal communications technology (laptop and company cell phone provided).
- Regular travel throughout assigned territory, including driving and occasional air travel.
- Physical demands may include walking around dealerships.
Pay
The full-time salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00. This range is based on qualifications, including experience, education, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location may influence the final offer.
This role is eligible for a formulaic performance incentive plan, including monthly, quarterly, and/or annual incentives based on defined metrics.
