About the role
A market manager is needed for an immediate full-time leadership position in your area.
Responsibilities
- Successfully manage a team of representatives on behalf of one of our clients.
- Train, coach, and mentor reps on qualifying customers, building brand awareness, product knowledge, customer enrollment techniques, and assist with any issues in a retail environment.
- Oversee management of multiple enrollment events within the market.
- Coordinate event staffing and setup.
- Motivate a team of sales reps to engage with consumers about household services.
- Qualify customers and offer service options.
- Teach reps to uncover consumer desires, deliver catered solutions, and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with your team to accomplish activation goals and celebrate success.
- Deliver superior results with an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred.
- Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance.
- Proven record of successful management/leadership.
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Able to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
