About the role

A market manager is needed for an immediate full-time leadership position in your area.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage a team of representatives on behalf of one of our clients.
  • Train, coach, and mentor reps on qualifying customers, building brand awareness, product knowledge, customer enrollment techniques, and assist with any issues in a retail environment.
  • Oversee management of multiple enrollment events within the market.
  • Coordinate event staffing and setup.
  • Motivate a team of sales reps to engage with consumers about household services.
  • Qualify customers and offer service options.
  • Teach reps to uncover consumer desires, deliver catered solutions, and overcome objections.
  • Collaborate with your team to accomplish activation goals and celebrate success.
  • Deliver superior results with an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance.
  • Proven record of successful management/leadership.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Able to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.

Qualifications
