About the role

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Market Manager to lead the execution of portfolio strategy across a designated geography and channel. The role involves leading local market-level planning and execution, managing key account relationships, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead local market-level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and execution of brand standards.
• Leverage data & analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs.
• Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs.
• Cook up sell-through and activation efforts with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment with distributor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates.
• Maintain retail pricing and recommend programming to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data tracking tools and manage POS logistics and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using data tools to drive decisions.

Benefits

The salary range for this role, based in Phoenix, is $96,200.00 to $120,200.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Hybrid work schedule with 2 days remote per week.
