SalesFull-time

At AEG, we're building something bigger than great eye care—we're creating careers, developing leaders, and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. You'll join a team that invests in leadership development and internal growth, values collaboration and authenticity, and celebrates wins while growing together.

About the Role

As a Market Manager, you'll inspire and support leaders across multiple practices, helping them develop their teams, deliver exceptional patient care, and achieve meaningful business results. This role creates an environment where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and celebrated. Accountability and compassion go hand in hand, and leaders are expected to develop people as intentionally as they drive results.

The Market Manager leads through Practice Managers, Optometrists, field leadership, and cross-functional partners to identify performance gaps, develop leaders, support patient care, and drive sustainable business results. This role operates similarly to a District Manager but with a smaller practice scope, providing the opportunity to build multi-unit leadership capability through hands-on coaching, practice visits, business reviews, talent development, and execution of company priorities.

The Market Manager improves operational execution, strengthens leadership capability, and develops market-level strategies that align with district priorities while enhancing business performance and supporting providers, patient care, and talent needs. This role is often a developmental step for high-performing Practice Managers preparing for broader field leadership responsibility or an entry point for external multi-unit leaders learning AEG Vision’s optical structure and systems.
