Responsibilities
- Lead the overall performance and outbound marketing efforts of the local or regional market.
- Manage the Lucid studio in a retail environment, overseeing team training, coaching, and performance.
- Create marketing and event opportunities to maximize brand exposure and increase Lucid ownership.
- Measure success by achieving targets, improving team performance, developing the team, and maintaining store operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales management or related field.
- 8+ years of team sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Experience making data-driven decisions and holding the studio accountable to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proven experience in marketing and event efforts with measurable, quantitative results.
- Experience leading sales management and driving results through others.
- Experience in a start-up or new product launch environment in an ambiguous retail setting.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to details.
- Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce), and retail business systems.
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire.
- Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable.
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
Business Health
- Analyzes sales reports and identifies business trends and market opportunities.
- Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Generates and analyzes reports on sales, expenses, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Market Demand Generation
- Owns aligned market growth and oversees the deployment of retail marketing programs.
- Identifies, plans, and executes marketing plans to generate increased awareness and sales in the local market or region.
- Manages marketing and event budgets and is responsible for vendor management, local spending, and KPIs.
Employee Engagement
- Inspires and motivates the team, providing exceptional customer experiences through efficiency.
- Defines team and individual goals and implements employee development programs.
- Identifies high-potential talent through the hiring process and develops a succession plan for current and future talent needs.
- Resolves all people and safety issues in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with Human Resources and appropriate teams.
- Affords assistance with daily operations as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn a guaranteed base salary of $110,000-$140,000 USD, with the option to boost earnings with uncapped commission.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
- Eligible employees may participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
