Responsibilities

• Answers questions for first-time and return guests
• Knowsour concept and products
• Cleans and sanitizes the line
• Restocks the line for guests
• Portions food
• Ensures food safety
• Checks product temperatures
• Performs additional tasks as directed

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• One year preferred
• Basic English language skills (written and verbal)
• Professional, warm demeanor
• Service-oriented
• Basic food/beverage knowledge helpful
• Demonstrated ability to multitask
• Manage time and work under pressure
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, pull, bend, and carry trays continuously
• Good communication skills
• Can converse comfortably with guests
• Speaks, reads, and comprehends instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
• Experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
• Frequent hand immersion in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
