Your Typical Day
You'll be leading the charge in driving sales accountability and empowering your team to be their absolute best. This means setting clear goals, providing coaching and development, and strategizing on market opportunities to achieve outstanding results together!
Responsibilities
- Driving Growth & Building Relationships: Understanding the market and building strong connections with clients to grow our business and increase our market share.
- Leading for Success: Empowering your team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensuring Top-Notch Delivery: Focusing on quality experiences for everyone, making sure our talent and client satisfaction scores are excellent.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Analyzing data, setting sales targets, and working with the delivery team to create and implement effective talent strategies.
- Championing Improvement & Innovation: Encouraging the adoption of new tools and ways of working to boost efficiency and help your team achieve even greater results.
Background
You have at least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing a sales team. Experience working in the staffing industry is preferred, but not required. Without staffing experience, we want you to have experience selling solutions to a similar client base as ours (Manufacturing and Logistics).
You have achieved sustainable business growth, gained market share, and have maximized productivity with a business span of at least $1M. History of outperformance leading a sales team through change. Proven performance leading through both accountability and people enablement.
