Job Description/Responsibilities
- Crafting Solutions for Growth: Implement and manage innovative strategies to increase market share for assigned brands.
- Brand Building: Educate customers using consumer and category trends to enhance brand loyalty and sales.
- Distribution: Lead distributors in in-store selling, marketing, and account management.
- Volumes Objectives: Assist in achieving sales targets for core brands in the Sazerac portfolio.
- Strategic Programs: Execute and monitor programs to meet distribution, merchandising, and retail promotional goals.
- Rapport Building: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and improve sales performance.
- Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators to ensure goal achievement.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
- New Graduates: Preference for sales/marketing internships or full/part-time roles in consumer-packaged goods, or sales competition experience.
- Results Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering on distribution and retail promotional goals.
- Technical Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in sales data analytics and tools to drive results and identify trends.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Live in or near the assigned territory.
- Expenses: Ability to cover personal business expenses.
- Compliance: Required to obtain a solicitor’s permit in any state.
