Market Development Manager, AI Scientific Platform
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We have:
- Work Schedule: "Standard Office Hours (40/wk)" and "Environmental Conditions Office". That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section.
- Environmental Conditions maybe not needed.
- About the role: The paragraph starting "As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team..." and "Discover Impactful Work: The Market Development Manager, AI Scientific Platform will support..." That's description. So About the role.
- Responsibilities: List under "Key Responsibilities:" bullet points. So Responsibilities section.
- Requirements: There's "Keys to Success:" includes Education, Experience, etc. That's qualifications/requirements. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. The posting includes Education, Experience, Strong scientific fluency, etc. Could treat as Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (specific abilities). Also there is "Preferred" section with additional preferred qualifications. Could include under Qualifications or Skills.
- Benefits: There's a "Compensation And Benefits" section with salary range and benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: salary range and variable bonus. Benefits: list of benefits.
- Schedule: we have work schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like relocation assistance note? That's not boilerplate; it's location info. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but not required. We can include location in About the role or maybe as a separate small p. But we shouldn't create extra headings unless needed. Could embed location info in About the role paragraph.
We must not include Job ID etc. Not present.
We must not include application instructions, EEO, etc. Not present.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, relocation assistance note, etc. We'll embed in About the role.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities list, Requirements list (education/experience?), Skills list maybe, Benefits list.
We need to use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must output only HTML fragment.

Schedule: work schedule and environmental conditions.
Schedule
Work Schedule: Standard Office Hours (40/wk). Environmental Conditions: Office.
We must ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't.
Check for any boilerplate: we removed relocation assistance note? We kept it in About the role. That's fine.
Check for any duplicated lines: none.
Check for any missing substantive info: we included Key Success Measures? Not included. That's substantive. Should we include? It's about success measures; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Success Measures". But we only have predefined headings; we could incorporate into About the role as prose. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not limited to those? It says use those for section headings. It implies we should use those headings if we have content. It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. We can incorporate Key Success Measures into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role.
Add a sentence about success measures in About the role paragraph.
Let's edit About the role paragraph to include: "Key Success Measures: Successful development and execution of the marketing plan for platform launch and early adoption; growth in registered users, active users, repeat usage, and platform engagement; clear, differentiated messaging that communicates the platform’s value to academic and translational lab scientists; effective collaboration across marketing, product, IT, legal, commercial, business unit, and agency partners; actionable insights from platform data and customer behavior that inform future growth marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement opportunities."
We'll add that.
Also Leadership Profile and Other (legal authorization, background check) could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section like "Other". But we can incorporate into About the role.
Add: "Leadership Profile: The ideal candidate is a scientifically fluent marketer, cross-functional connector, and customer-centered storyteller who can operate comfortably in a pre-launch environment. This person should be energized by building something new: a marketing workstream for an AI-enabled scientific platform that helps researchers access trusted knowledge, design better experiments, and engage more deeply with Thermo Fisher Scientific." Also "Other: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future; Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen."
We'll add to About the role.
Now ensure we didn't miss any content: "Keys to Success:" we split into Requirements, Skills, Qualifications. Good.
Check that we didn't miss "Experience supporting launch, adoption, lifecycle marketing, or engagement programs for AI-enabled products, digital customer experiences, scientific software, customer portals, bioinformatics tools, or knowledge management solutions." That's in Qualifications.
Check "Experience working in a
