This is an onsite role based at the OR-W market office in Tualatin, OR. You will be required to work during your set working schedule.

To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to serve as an effective liaison between departments and sales staff
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to track issues, follow up on escalations, and maintain accurate records
Responsibilities
- Process, submit, and track change-in-status requests, and maintain various records and files; update distribution lists including email and state website
- Compile and distribute new sales agent welcome packets, and provide assistance with training registrations, lodging, meals, and incentive items
- Support the coordination and distribution of goodwill initiatives to promote a positive and supportive team environment (e.g., birthday cards, floral arrangements)
- Assist with updating state website training documents and planning assistance for events
- Gather information regarding personnel ethics complaints from policyholders and provide to headquarters compliance liaison for tracking and follow-up
- Distribute mail, faxes, and other communications; maintain office inventory, initiate purchase orders, and reconcile invoices
- Provide support to market office leadership, preparing routine daily, weekly, and monthly reports, award tracking; assist with sales school and contests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of job-related work experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Pay
The salary range for this job is $40,000 - $70,000. This range reflects factors such as education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
