Responsibilities
- Sales through Service: Consistently meets or exceeds Sales and Service metrics set for their respective branch
- Deepen member relationships: Utilize consultative service skills
- Oversee new product onboarding: Ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coaching: Daily observation with immediate feedback (mini-coaching)
- Create and execute personalized Action Plans: Assist in constant employee progression
- Coaches teams: Handle escalations and manage conflict resolution
- Direct monthly branch staff meetings: Conduct consistent daily huddles
- Mentor and support employees: Provide exceptional member service
- Membership Development: Weekly business development efforts to drive new membership and increase market share
- Internal and external relationship building: Network and create referral sources
- Community involvement: Represent Frontwave’s philanthropic efforts
- Financial classes: Educate members and resolve problems
- Branch Operations: Oversee staffing, maintain branch soundness and security, handle regulatory/compliance policies
- Branch Management: Manage branch management employees and staff, schedule and interview candidates, organize training sessions
- Credit Union’s Strategic Goals: Ensure branch activities align with Frontwave’s strategic priorities and objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in relevant major
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in a credit union or similar financial institution with a minimum of five years in a management position
