Marine Services Sales Manager
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Marine Services Sales Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on driving marine services growth across installed bases and new business opportunities, with an emphasis on technical sales execution in a specialized maritime environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to shape solutions, support complex bids, and advance service revenue. This position is well suited for a commercially minded leader who can combine industry knowledge, proposal discipline, and relationship-building to deliver measurable growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a marine services orders forecast to meet target objectives
- Target services for installed bases and new growth opportunities
- Apply technical expertise to support bidding processes
- Identify and capture new service opportunities
- Lead proposal efforts and coordinate risk analysis
- Form partnerships with strategic external partners
- Develop solutions that leverage the company's technical strengths
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime electric propulsion or controls and automation
- Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development with proven growth success
- Familiarity with the offshore O&G ecosystem
- Willingness to travel 60% domestically and internationally
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Pay
Compensation: $128,400 – $213,900 annually
