About the role

The role is responsible for providing culinary services on board our ships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals to passengers and crew members.
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a positive dining environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Valid food handler’s license.
  • Proficiency in kitchen equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Skills

  • Knowledge of food service operations.
