About the role

Propelis is expanding its Waukesha team and hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainees. This is a true entry‑level role—no prior experience required. We provide 100 % fully paid, on‑the‑job training in a comfortable, climate‑controlled facility.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential). After a standard competency assessment at six months, you earn an additional $1.00/hour. The U.S. pay range for this position is $23‑$24/hour, varying by location, experience, and other job‑related factors.

Education & Experience

• No manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
