Meet Jolavern, Production Technician, Supply Chain
Jolavern plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality solutions reach customers when they need them. My impact is assuring that customers consistently receive quality Ecolab products. I am proud to work for a company where my work positively affects peoples’ lives worldwide. The product we make is everywhere it matters – hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores and more.

In Michael's role, he leads his team and ensures they are set up for success so they can deliver products to customers on time, every time. Meet Melissa, SVP supply chain, Nalco Water
Melissa joined the team in 2010 looking for the opportunity to lead a team and drive more value and impact. She found exactly that. In her role, she leads a team responsible for a variety of operations, including supply & demand, analytical planning and warehousing. After navigating pandemic challenges, it became even more important to Melissa to work for a company that made an impact in society. She says: I am proud to work for Ecolab as we strive to make the world a safer, healthier and cleaner place.
