About the role

A well-respected, privately-held, growing company and leader in thermoforming is seeking a Production Manager for their thin gauge, medical device packaging team in the Reading, PA region.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support training and mentoring the manufacturing team
• Lead and train the manufacturing team without the need for additional coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is highly desired
• More than 15 years of experience in lieu of the degree
• Knowledge of and experience in thin gauge thermoforming is a must have!
• Experience in manufacturing leadership is required
• Experience in regulated manufacturing is strongly preferred
