Manufacturing Technician Shell Dipper Sun-Tue 6am to 6pm Wed 6am to 12pm
About the Role
You will be working with molds and the shell system, monitoring all production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality at the Gibsonton, Florida location.
Responsibilities
- Input mold into Shell automated system following Work Instructions in Mercury and set up and troubleshoot operations of automated systems and auxiliary equipment.
- Process components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards, and continuously perform improvement analysis.
- Operate sandblast cabinet and monitor, maintaining good documentation practices.
- Perform basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; collaborate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers on repair issues.
- Use hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches, and screwdrivers.
- Other duties may be assigned, and cross-training as needed.
Requirements
- Evidence of a completed High School diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to read Engineering instructions.
- Demonstrated mechanical skills.
- Legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
- This position requires an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
- Ability to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law.
