Manufacturing Technician I

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you are part of a team responsible for the implementation of assigned production operations working within defined production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Responsible for following GMP and safety cultures, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify and submit safety hazards and incidents.
• Complete GMP documentation in a compliant manner.
• May require coaching on GMP documentation execution.
• Responsible for assigned production activity and ensuring training is compliant prior to performing operations.
• Responsible for learning the oligonucleotide manufacturing process as well as GMP regulations.
• May require supervision and guidance.
• Responsible for performing all work within company and cGMP regulatory compliance.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and following all site safety procedures.
• Performs routine, generally highly structured work.
• Responsible for staying current with the prescribed training curriculum specified for the job title.

Requirements

This is an entry-level position. Previous experience is not required. Science or manufacturing background is preferred. Minimum education requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, with college level chemistry degree or equivalent work experience. A biotechnology certificate or college degree is preferred.

Pay

The annualized salary range for this role is $51,900.00 - $62,500.00.
