About the role
The 1st shift includes 4 other technicians and 5 engineers which will also be supporting.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and implement manufacturing improvements.
- Maintain existing equipment and maintain existing and develop new tooling and fixtures.
- Aid in writing technical reports.
- Support new product introductions, and validations.
- Troubleshoot incorrectly built catheters.
- Train assemblers.
- Diagnose part issues.
- Assist engineers with occasional minor project work.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with equipment repair and maintenance as well as production line support preferred.
- Medical assembly experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- This is a position on 1st shift with a work schedule of Monday - Thursday at 10hrs per day.
