Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing global manufacturing company in Delano, PA. Schedule

1st Shift Monday to Friday (40+ hours with overtime possible) and Saturdays may be required depending on work volume. Stable first‑shift schedule with no Sunday work.

Pay

Starting at $17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
• Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality
• Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous Machine Operator experience is required.

• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
• Ability to identify equipment issues and maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
