L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician C to join its growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. The role involves fabricating components and assembling them into advanced solid rocket systems, including mixing and processing of energetics for casting, cleaning and assembling equipment, operating machinery, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Full scale propellant mixing (≈50% of time): prepares materials, performs full‑scale mixing for all production programs, confirms acceptable weights, requisitions and organizes materials, cleans and maintains mix equipment.
• Mathematical calculations (≈10%): performs addition, subtraction, multiplication, division to create acceptable mixes, uses process data to fill out manufacturing data sheets.
• Grinding (≈35%): assembles grinders, grinds materials for propellant mixes, weighs material bins, disassembles, cleans, and re‑assembles grinding equipment.
• Other duties (≈5%): AP prep for grinding, bowl plugging for mixing, prototype motor casting, development sample preparation, support of new production initiatives, operating from elevated platforms, ascending ladders, transporting loads repetitively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Either 6 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post‑secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Skills

• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the work team and contacts.
• Perform mathematical calculations accurately and quickly.
• Work with management, supervisor, or lead personnel to prioritize work and meet critical deadlines.
• Medically cleared to wear a respirator and operate powered industrial vehicle (and obtain company‑issued license as appropriate).

Schedule

4/10 schedule: employees work 10‑hour days, 4 days per week.
