Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assemble, test, and inspect products according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments as needed.
• Document production information and ensure quality control requirements are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
