Manufacturing Technician
About the role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will work side by side on one of our production lines assembling direct fire gas heaters based off our production schedule. You will be using various hand/power tools, spot welding, pemming, riveting and installing insulation. This is a great position for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door at a manufacturing company with an awesome culture. With all of our positions, you will be able to jump right into our lean program by making improvements in your workspace to make your job easier.
Schedule
- 4 ten-hour shifts per week
- First Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5 am to 3:30 pm
- Friday shift is considered overtime (time and a half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule

Pay
Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary and annual uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and profitability.
