About the role
We're seeking a Manufacturing Technician to play a key role in producing high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Inspect and audit products for printing, laminating, die-cutting, and other quality requirements.
- Accurately document production information using labor reporting systems, quality forms, job tickets, and move tags.
- Perform post-printing and finishing operations, including:
- Counting and packaging products
- Shrink wrapping
- Hand assembly and application
- Laminating and cutting
- Operating specialized equipment and material handling tools
- Transport materials and products between workstations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment using 5S practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas and process enhancements.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of chemicals, materials, and recyclable items.
- Support company quality systems and production standards.
- Exercise quality ownership by identifying concerns and helping resolve issues before products move forward.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand production job tickets and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely and follow PPE, housekeeping, and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to meet required visual standards, including color differentiation, with or without corrective lenses.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
