Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in the ferrous division
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues independently
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
