Basic Qualifications
- Low Observable (LO) Coatings experience.
- 5+ years Experience or more in Manufacturing &/or Production Operations.
- Experience leading projects.
- Knowledge and experience with SFM, and QADS software.
- DCMA/Customer experience.
Job Description
We are Lockheed Martin Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX, as a Manufacturing Support Team Member – Staff (Level 4).
In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring production aligns with engineering requirements while coordinating across engineering, quality, and customer-facing functions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure Production Accuracy – Work closely with engineering teams to confirm that build processes meet design specifications.
- Support Quality & Compliance – Partner with Quality and Material Review Board (MRB) teams to assess non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Engage with Customers & Auditors – Serve as a liaison with DCMA and external customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with program and contractual standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and quality enhancements within manufacturing operations.

- Desire to actively participate and support in production floor operations.
- Experience with MS Office suite, including MS Project.
