Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support the execution and flow of J850 production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Collaborate in cross-functional activities, including production planning, quality management, and process optimization.
- Provide hands-on support in coating processes, material handling, and inventory control.
- Act as a facilitator and mentor for self-directed work teams, promoting knowledge-sharing and team development.
- Deliver on-the-job training to enhance team capability and technical proficiency.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve production-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Apply prior experience and best practices in manufacturing operations to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support operational excellence.

Desired Skills
- 5 plus years experience with Assembly operations
- Experience with STK, NFS, and SVMS
- Ability to teach and coach Assembly process requirements
- Knowledgeable in lean principles and strategies
