Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Assembly operations
• Experience with SFM, QADS, Engineering Drawings
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support the execution and flow of J850 production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Collaborate in cross-functional activities, including production planning, quality management, and process optimization.
• Provide hands-on support in coating processes, material handling, and inventory control.
• Act as a facilitator and mentor for self-directed work teams, promoting knowledge-sharing and team development.
• Deliver on-the-job training to enhance team capability and technical proficiency.
• Identify, communicate, and help resolve production-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Apply prior experience and best practices in manufacturing operations to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support operational excellence.

Desired Skills

• 5 plus years experience with Assembly operations
• Experience with STK, NFS, and SVMS
• Ability to teach and coach Assembly process requirements
• Knowledgeable in lean principles and strategies
