Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead operations within our Large Format Digital Print, Digital Flatbed Cutting and Signage division. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to safety standards, maintaining product quality, and achieving on-time delivery goals.
Primary Duties
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate work activities to meet production schedules and customer ship dates.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth production flow and prevent delays.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through enforcement of quality control protocols, inspections, and root cause analysis of defects.
- Champion a 6S culture (5S + Safety) by enforcing safety policies, conducting audits, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Develop proficiency in the ERP system, ensure data integrity, and serve as the first line of support for system-related needs.
- Train and onboard new employees to ensure a safe, productive, and successful start.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Led DMAIC projects with measurable results preferred.
- Print production experience preferred.

Authority & Decision-Making
This role has authority to:
- Stop production if necessary to ensure safety and quality.
- Make decisions regarding resource allocation and scheduling.
- Implement changes to processes based on feedback and analysis.
