Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with flour milling processes and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage teams effectively
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

Pay
