Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material and production needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, material processes, and systems
• Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
• Optimize inventory and process improvements
• Document, plan, and communicate material and production requirements
• Resolve issues using technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
• Consult senior team members for issues outside defined instructions
• Develop strong customer relationships and explain technical information to others (for customer-facing roles)

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with some autonomy within a defined framework
• Understanding of how work integrates with other teams and contributes to business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience in material planning or related tasks

Pay

For U.S.-based positions, the pay range is $68,500.00 to $102,800.00. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. Specific pay may be influenced by experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility includes a discretionary annual bonus.
