Responsibilities

• Build, inspect, test, and troubleshoot cable assemblies and harnesses.
• Perform acceptance inspections of cables and wiring.
• Draft, review, and edit technical work instructions, checklists, quality documentation, and procedures related to cable fabrication.
• Troubleshoot and conduct preventative maintenance of cable assemblies and associated wiring.
• Support engineering with cable design changes, cable testing, data collection, and documentation for continuous product improvement and development.
• Use and maintain hand and/or power tools related to cable assembly work.
• Review and complete business and required documentation.
• Maintain IPC‑620 training or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of parts, materials, and processes related to electrical, electronic, electro‑mechanical, and electro‑optical components.

Work Location

This role requires hands‑on work on products and collaboration with on‑site teams, and will be performed onsite full‑time in Bingen, WA.

Relocation

This position is ineligible for relocation assistance.

Pay

Typical hiring range: $25.10 – $34.54 (salary information is a general guideline and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and work location).
