Manufacturing Production Supervisor

The Gund Company is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Euless, Texas facility. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop production employees.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct team meetings, communicate expectations, and promote accountability.
• Support employee training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, work instructions, and company policies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience tracking and analyzing manufacturing KPIs (efficiency, utilization, productivity, quality, delivery).
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, Kaizen, 5 Why, or Fishbone methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of manufacturing experience and education.
