Manufacturing Production Supervisor

About the Role

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor role will lead, direct, and develop production teams to safely execute the production schedule while meeting quality, delivery, and efficiency targets in a high-mix electrical fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution of the production schedule within assigned area(s)
• Ensure work orders are worked in priority sequence as defined by the schedule
• Lead, coach, and hold production employees accountable to expectations
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and skill coverage for daily operations
• Ensure all work meets quality, workmanship, and documentation requirements
• Address defects, rework, and quality issues at the point of occurrence
• Own safety performance within assigned department
• Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical fabrication, panel building, wire harnessing, or industrial assembly preferred
• Solid understanding of production schedules and priorities, labor standards, efficiency tracking, quality systems, and corrective actions
• Comfortable using ERP systems for labor and job tracking
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
