Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations activities to ensure timely production output at the expected labor cost targets and in adherence to safety, quality, and company policies and standards.
• Manage direct reports on the assigned shift, including production operators and team leaders.
• Organize central support on the assigned shift, such as machine technicians, quality technicians, analyzers, material handlers, and facility representatives, through official communication channels and chains of command.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts at the same level, including quality engineers, industrial engineers, test engineers, IT engineers, technical supervisors, and stockroom supervisors.
• Maintain a data-driven, results-focused mindset centered on safety and production output.
• Manage deviations to the code of conduct and related HR policies.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 28 pounds unassisted and stand for periods of up to 12 hours.
• Capability to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Experience leading shop floor direct reports.
• Experience organizing multidisciplinary team efforts, such as process, quality, test engineers, and technical supervisors.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams one level up.
