About the role

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a small team of production employees, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, focusing on dips and container filling
• Lead, train, and support a team of production staff
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with SQF policies and food safety regulations (certification not required)
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Working knowledge of SQF standards and food safety practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
