PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (1143058)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of up to 75 associates per shift, managing rotations, training, breaks, and daily workflows to ensure safe operations and consistent quality.
• Coach and develop production team members so they consistently meet food-safety, workplace-safety, and product-quality standards.
• Demonstrate full working knowledge of all equipment in the assigned production area and operate it safely.
• Plan and execute production start-ups, changeovers, and shut-downs efficiently.
• Minimize overtime for line associates unless previously approved by the Production Manager.
• Track and report waste; proactively identify and implement process improvements that reduce waste and improve efficiency while supporting company targets.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid working knowledge of quality systems and familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
• Ability to remain focused and effective in a noisy production setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
• Comfort with basic math concepts.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Pay

$70,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD Annually
