Manufacturing Production Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate is a highly organized leader who can juggle competing priorities, anticipate challenges before they impact production, and keep people, processes, and schedules aligned. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily production operations, guide the production team, and play a key role in meeting production goals, customer commitments, and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 production employees, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and balance shifting priorities, schedules, material availability, staffing needs, and customer requirements to achieve production and quality goals.
• Track critical details across the operation, anticipate obstacles, and implement solutions that keep production moving and minimize disruptions.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and optimize the use of people, materials, and equipment.
• Partner with Materials, Purchasing, Programs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and on-time delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with production planning, process improvement, and workforce development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP systems.
• Experience in ISO or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $57,017 – $85,525. This range represents the compensation ComSonics reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting and has been established based on current market data, internal pay practices, and applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined within this range based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements.

Positions not eligible for commission may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Bonus opportunities are based on role level and are subject to individual and company performance. Any bonus is not guaranteed and is governed by the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
