Manufacturing Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for custom and stock gear orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate customer demand and forecasts into detailed production plans.
• Balance machine and labor capacity to meet production requirements.
• Ensure availability of materials and tooling needed for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineering, machining, and quality teams to track work orders.
• Adjust priorities to support on-time delivery and maintain high product quality.
