Manufacturing & Production Operators - Weekend Shift

What You'll Do

Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing machines
Follow detailed processes to ensure quality and consistency
Check materials and finished product to keep standards high
Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals
Learn specialized processes used in high-security production

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to pass a government background investigation (Position of Public Trust Clearance)

How The Hiring Process Works

• You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
• Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)

Background Investigation

• The final offer of employment will be subject to the applicant’s successful completion of a background investigation and favorable adjudication
• Falsification discovered in security documents or during the background investigation process may result in an immediate negative suitability determination
