Responsibilities

• Use various hand and power tools and operate equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses.
• Cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and/or assemble components.
• Obtain raw materials, load, and operate equipment to produce finished products.
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous factory experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to remain in a standing, stationary position for extended periods.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required, including weekends.
• Available to attend off-shift training or work and rotations between departments when required.

• Good problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The starting pay range for this role and market is $17.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
