Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to keep it running smoothly.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and operation.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Attention to detail.

Pay
$15 - $18 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
